The Law of Attraction is simply about ‘like attracts like’. So basically we attract whatever we think about. Whether we realize it or not, we bring everything into our lives. Where you place your focus have an intense impact on what happens to you. If you spend your days wallowing in regrets about the past or fears of the future, you’ll likely see more “negativity” appearing, but if you focus on appreciation in every experience you will soon start to see “positivity” surrounding you every day. You have the freedom to take control of your life and future by shifting your focus.

 

When you learn how to live and think in a way that feels good, you attract even more positive events and experiences. It is about being mindful and conscious of your own thoughts. This ongoing focus on self-reflection also helps you to know what you really want.

There are dozens of different ways of incorporating your knowledge of the Law of Attraction into your everyday life, letting your new skills shape your day from morning to night. Simple changes have powerful consequences.

 

Because the brain preferentially scans and stores negative experiences, we have to consciously, habitually build the positive mental muscle. We all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that have become the interior landscape of our minds and cannot be changed overnight just by thinking positive thoughts.

In order to become a master at manifesting with the law of attraction, we have to undo the patterns that have been stored in our unconscious and replace them with positive, empowering patterns. In other words, rewire the brain.

 

Whether or not you believe in this, there is scientific research that proves the effects of positive thinking.

Let joy guide you, instead of fear that blocks you and slow you down in reaching your goals and succes. Life (Universe) always focus on what you are focusing on and gives you more of it!

Do you dare to follow your dreams and desires? Or are you doubting yourself because of your lack of confidence and self-worth or because others around you have doubts? Who are you listening when you live and create your own life? Are you listening to your own voice and do you know how it feels and sound? Many of us doubt our own “voice” or desire in order to fit in, in order to be liked and not to disturb others (we are thinking too much what others are thinking).

 

Law of attraction works all the time, as gravity and it means that like attracts like. So if you are in doubt, you are attracting more situations or circumstances that create more doubt. You maybe know how it feels to be certain and to decide, make a decision. That is a wonderful place to be in and a strong manifesting energy. But how to be “there” in yourself? It is easier than you think. We make our life so complicated and that is time consuming, stressing and uncomfortable (unnecessary). Make a decision

We are confronted with hundreds of decision making situations daily. It is easy to get confused of thinking too much in order to make a “right” decision. We can choose without confusion and overthinking, even though we have been practicing being logical, analytic and collecting pros and cons in order to get it right. This is going in to it in a hard way and if you choose in a place of agony, worry, fear, frustration, stress etc. you create situations where you experience more similar feelings. We ask you to follow your gut feeling (intuition or the inner voice, whatever name you have for this guidance). We all know how it feels but the logical voice in our head is far more trained to be heard and taking seriously.

Basically, when you follow the path of least resistance, it is a good start. This means that if your choices are (as you believe) to continue work with something you don’t like and feel bad about it or to quit your work and maybe feeling even worse because of the stress unemployment creates in you due the economical situation. The path of least resistance in this case is to stay at your current work and sooth yourself with thoughts like: this is not going to be forever, I am going to keep my eyes open for new opportunities, what if something better is already approaching me? At the same time stop the negative talking/thinking of your current workplace. This is a way to open up for something new to come.

Don’t ever make a decision when you are in a bad feeling place: stressed, frustrated, sad, pessimistic, worried or so on. Let go of this idea of decision for a while and focus on doing or thinking of things that makes you feel better. If you want good feelings results to manifest, take action and make a decision when you feel good. When you take a decision and feel good about it (no doubt afterwards, no regret or second thought) universe backs you up 100 %! It also backs you up if you doubt and worry….with more stuff to doubt and worry about.

If you are a person who always talks and writes down pros and cons, you are surely paving a path to confusion. If you want to make it easier for yourself and create something you are going to like, focus only on pros, in all your choices. Whatever somebody else is telling you, your choice is right for you if it feels good and what others think has nothing to do with you, they are just telling you what they believe in and you have your own good feeling beliefs.

Remember, if the thing you choose is not a “hell-yes” (inspiring, feeling good), it is probably a “no”.

 

Are you a victim?

Are you playing the role of a victim? Or do you know somebody who acts like a victim to others and circumstances?

We all are probably taking over a victim role in some of our life situations. This happens when we believe that we don’t have a choice and we argument with others who try to give us some other perspectives. We always have a choice or many choices, but at least we got one. A person who victimizes themselves gives away the power over themselves to other or to the circumstances. They don’t want to take responsibility of their own life or emotions. They always blame others for feeling bad, for being limited or blame their life, society, parents, siblings, and the world. For a victim there is always somebody or something else to blame because of their bad feelings or disappointment or how their life look like. A victim uses his or her history as an excuse for not to success, for not to take action, for not to feel good, for not to live fully. They tell their story over and over again, in details and they are not open for other ways to see the story or their life. They don’t want to drop the story.

So if you are one of those who always focus on other people or circumstances in a accusing, blaming, criticizing or judging way, it is time to let go of this victim role and begin to take responsibility of your own well-being because you have a choice to feel better, right now. No matter what.

If you know somebody who wants your sympathy and you to pity them, don’t go to that party. It is enough with one person being stuck in that destructive place and if they are not ready to move on, don’t drag them or try to help them. This is their choice and your choice is to feel good. Support and taking part of a pity party has never helped anybody, in contrary, you help them keep their position and strengthen it. Do something that makes you feel good instead and let others be where ever they want to be. They also got a choice.

 

Shortcut to feel good and manifest the life you want to live.

There are many methods and strategies to feel good, change your attitude and meet your own or others stressful thoughts and feelings. We present these in our workshops, but you can do this on your own whenever you are ready and committed to feel good. Even though it is always easier to practise and do things together.

To feel good and be happy is a conscious action, it is your choice. We made a commitment with ourselves to feel good no matter what – and holy crap – our life is so good!

You maybe already know the power of meditation to your wellbeing, the physical and the mental wellbeing. It does not matter how you do it, how long you are doing it – just do it! Be consistent, give yourself time every day to be happy and be the joyous being you are. If you read a book, see a movie, take a nap makes you feel good for a moment, meditation prepare you to feel good the rest of your life.

You probably know also how powerful practise is the practise of appreciation (be thankful). After practising this for a while, it became a part of your personality and a way to be. You create an attitude of gratitude. Instead of complaining and criticising, tell yourself what you appreciate in yourself, of others, of your workplace, your partner and friends, your family etc. Let everybody whom you meet know what you like about in your life. Make a habit to write down at least 3 things that you appreciate before you go to sleep (I write 2-3 pages, because it is so fun and makes me feel good before I fall in sleep).

Stop talking badly, negatively of anything! Stop complaining, stop telling what you don’t like, stop telling how awful something is. Stop spreading negative energy in form of thoughts and words. Nobody needs to hear it, nobody needs to receive it from you and nobody feels good about it, neither do you. Because what you focus on (with your words and thoughts) grows (in your life and your experience). So what do you want to have more in your life?? Talk about that, and only that.
